At Justa Pasta, pasta is not just food … it’s Life. We have been making fresh pasta since 1991 and our restaurant has been open since February of 1998.

If these years of experience have taught us anything, it’s that to be successful in the food business, you need to have both passion and determination. We are very passionate about the food we serve – where it comes from, how it is processed, and ultimately how it is made and served. We are passionate about wine – making sure that we try each and every wine before we sell them. Beyond tasting the wines that we sell, we like to get the story of the vineyards … meet the winemakers … and (when we are really fortunate!) go to the wineries. We are determined to keep our quality consistent and to try and make every customer welcome, and thinking (or saying) as they leave “I’ll be back.”
